CONGO · SFEC Mandatory 1 July 2026

Odoo + Congo SFEC, certified invoicing before the deadline.

We connect your Odoo system to the Republic of Congo’s Système de Facturation Électronique Certifié (SFEC) through its secure API, so every invoice is certified by the government platform in real time — ready for the 1 July 2026 mandate.

What is SFEC?

Congo’s national certified e-invoicing system

The Système de Facturation Électronique Certifié (SFEC) is the Republic of Congo’s national certified e-invoicing platform, run by the Ministry of Finance. Every invoice a business issues is electronically certified, registered and secured through the government platform (PGSFEC) — in real time.

Instituted by the 2023 Finance Law and brought into force by its March 2026 application decree, SFEC applies to every individual and company carrying out economic activity in Congo, whatever their size or sector. Businesses must bring their invoicing systems into conformity by 1 July 2026.

All businessesEvery economic operator in Congo, regardless of size or sector.
Mandatory 1 July 2026Systems must be SFEC-compliant by the deadline to keep invoicing legally.

How it works

Your Odoo, certified by SFEC

TMR connects Odoo to the SFEC platform through its secure API, so certification happens automatically inside the system your team already uses — well before the deadline.

Real-time certification

Invoices created in Odoo are certified by the SFEC platform instantly via secure HTTPS API.

Certified & secured

Every invoice is certified, registered and protected against tampering, exactly as SFEC requires.

Homologated integration

Built to meet SFEC’s homologation requirements for connected billing systems.

Secure archiving

Inalterable records with daily, monthly and annual closing for clean, audit-ready archives.

Fraud-proof

Certification blocks fictitious invoices, duplicate billing and under-declaration.

One single system

No separate terminal or portal — issue certified invoices straight from Odoo.

The TMR SFEC connector

An SFEC-ready Odoo integration, before the deadline

Engineered for the highest levels of security and endurance, our connector keeps every Congolese invoice certified and synchronized with the SFEC platform in real time.

Built to be robust

A connector engineered to never drop an invoice

Certification only adds value if it works every single time. Our SFEC connector is built for the realities of business in Congo — variable connectivity, high invoice volumes, and zero tolerance for lost records.

Automatic retry

If the network or the platform is briefly unavailable, invoices are queued and re-certified automatically — nothing is ever lost or posted twice.

Two certification modes

Choose strict (block until certified) or hybrid (certify and retry) per company — so a connectivity hiccup never stops your team from working.

Invoices, credit notes & POS

Sales invoices, credit notes and point-of-sale receipts are all certified through the same secure pipeline, with the QR code and signature on every document.

Full audit trail

Every API call — request, response, certification number — is logged, so you always have a complete, reviewable record for the tax authority.

Fully in French

Interface, certified invoice template and messages are localized in French — ready for your team and compliant with local presentation rules.

Live dashboard

See certified, pending and failed invoices at a glance, with a real-time connection check to the SFEC platform — full visibility, always.

BOUTIQUE OKEMBA

A day in the shop

Certified invoicing that fits real business

Meet Madame Okemba. From her busy shop in the market, she serves dozens of customers a day. With Odoo and the TMR SFEC connector, every sale she rings up is certified by the government platform on the spot — QR code, certification number and signature printed right on the receipt.

No second terminal, no separate portal, no end-of-day catch-up. She keeps serving customers exactly as before, and her invoicing is compliant by default — even when the connection wavers, the connector queues and certifies automatically.

“I don’t think about compliance anymore. I sell, I print, and the invoice is already certified. My customers trust it, and the tax office accepts it.” — Business owner, Brazzaville market
